Raiders romp over Lakers to improve to 16-2

Raiders win their sixth consecutive game, improve to 1-2.

MIDDLEBURY — Senior Nate Ritchie scored 30 points as Northridge cruised by Lakeland 66-40 in boys high school basketball Friday night. Kurtis Hochstetler added 10 for the Raiders also.

The Raiders, who also received 10 points from Kurtis Hochstetler improved to 16-2 and they will host Columbia City Saturday night.

Northridge 66, Lakeland 40

Lakeland — Priestly 10, Herber 4, Gordon 1, Oakley 5, Cunningham 5, Olivares 6, Mishler 6, Betts 3. Totals: 13 11-18 40.

Northridge — Collin Utley 2, Pete Smith 7, Sam Ahonen 1, Payton Carson 2, Kurtis Hochstetler 10, Brock Downey 2, Spencer Jones 3, Nate Ritchie 30, Caleb Kiser 0, Tom Morrison 9, Christian Bach 0. Totals: 26 10-13 66.
