MIDDLEBURY — Jaymee Bowers, a Northridge High School senior, has signed to continue her academic and soccer careers at Hesston (Kan.) College, a National Junior College Athletic Association affiliate and two-year liberal arts college of Mennonite Church USA.

"After her visit, it's apparent she'll be an impact player for the Larks," said Hesston head women's soccer coach Bryan Kehr, a former Bethany Christian High School girls soccer coach and athletic director. "Jaymee played in the competitive Northern Lakes Conference and we're excited to have her join our program."

Bowers won four letters while helping the Bill Redinger-coached Northridge Raiders to four NLC titles. She also played a key role in a sectional championship in 2013.

Bowers plans to study nursing at Hesston.
