Early burst propels Edwardsburg girls to win

BERRIEN SPRINGS, Mich. -- The Edwardsburg girls basketball team jumped out to a 22-5 first quarter lead and went on to defeat Berrien Springs, 56-41, in Wolverine Conference action on Friday, Feb. 14.

Olivia Hack scored 14 points, Alexis Blake had 10 and Savannah Dixon eight for the Eddies — now 11-5 on the year (7-2 in the Wolverine).

Micah McCree-Davis topped Berrien Springs with 14 points.
