Boys Golf Kingsmen overall NIC champions

Penn won the Northern Indiana Conference boys golf title based on a combination of round robin and tournament finish.

Richard Jung, J.T. Schwartz, Nicholas Thurin, Connor Buckman and Thomas Bowers played for coach Tony Polizzotto’s Kingsmen.

While Elkhart Central won the NIC tournament Saturday, May 25, at Christiana Creek Country Club, Penn placed second and earned enough points for the overall title.

The Kingsmen went 8-0 during NIC duals. Central (6-2 in duals) came in second overall, followed by Marian (7-1).
