NLC Tigers’ second half buries Panthers

WARSAW — Down one point at half, Warsaw rolled up 48 second-half points and beat NorthWood 67-51 in a Northern Lakes Conference rout at the Tiger Den Friday night.

Jared Bloom scored a game-high 22 points for the 8-6 Tigers while Jordan Stookey added 17. Bloom, Stookey and Taylor Cone also grabbed six rebounds apiece to fuel Warsaw’s 34-17 edge on the glass.

Tommy Klem’s 17 points and seven boards topped the Panthers. Jonathan Wilkinson and Zach Zuercher added 13 point apiece for NorthWood (11-3).
