NSC Jimmies lose big lead in tough loss to Triton

Jims score just 6 in second half.

JIMTOWN — Senior All-State candidate Clay Yeo scored 36 points Friday as Triton came back from a 15-point halftime deficit to rock Jimtown 55-43 in a Northern State Conference boys basketball game.

The Jimmies hit seven 3-point shots in the first half and raced to a 37-22 halftime advantage. However, Jimtown scored just six points in the second half and was outscored 20-3 in the fourth quarter.

Nick Floyd finished with 15 points for Jimtown, hitting five shots from behind the arc. Chase Hoeflinger added 12 points for the Jimmies.
