Bruins suffer road loss to Argos

ARGOS — Taylor Ogle and Ricky Rice scored 14 points apiece, and the pair combined for 18 rebounds, as Argos beat visiting Bethany Christian 53-42 in boys high school basketball Friday night.

Junior Abe Thorne scored a career-high 14 points for the Bruins, giving him 27 in his last two games, and sophomore Sol Brenneman added 10.

The Dragons (3-7) shot 38 percent from the field with five 3-pointers, while Bethany (3-8) finished at 30 percent with two treys.
