Boys Basketball Balanced offense keys ECA victory

Five hit double figures in ECA win

ELKHART — Elkhart Christian placed five players in double figures Tuesday night as the Eagles beat Prairie Heights 63-46 in non-conference basketball action.

Tanner Watson led a balanced ECA attack with 13 points, while Kenny Bearss and Tyler VanArsdale had 12 each, Ryan Kupferschmid 11 and Cory Waycaster 10 for coach Ryan Culp’s Eagles, now 2-1.

Elkhart Christian shot 48 percent from the field, despite hitting just 1-of-15 from 3-point range.

Jacob Heller scored 18 points to pace Prairie Heights, 2-2.
