Notre Dame to confer more than 3,000 degrees during Commencement Weekend

About 2,000 of those degrees will be conferred to the University of Notre Dame’s undergraduate students.

NOTRE DAME — The University of Notre Dame will confer more than 3,000 degrees during its graduation ceremonies this weekend.

The university’s commencement weekend kicks off Saturday, May 17, with 401 students receiving master’s and doctoral degrees, 427 students receiving master’s degrees from the Mendoza College of Business and 196 receiving degrees at the law school ceremony.

On Sunday, May 18, around 2,000 University of Notre Dame undergraduates will receive their degrees.

This year’s commencement speaker is the Rev. Ray Hammond, founder of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Boston.
