Sun Devils, Spartans agree to series in football

Michigan State and Arizona State to meet in home-and-home football series in 2018-2019

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Michigan State and Arizona State will play a home-and-home series in 2018 and 2019.

Michigan State will play at Sun Devil Stadium on Sept. 8, 2018, and the Sun Devils will play at Spartan Stadium on Sept 14, 2019.

The Spartans and Sun Devils have met on the football field twice, in consecutive years from 1985-86.

Michigan State won the Rose Bowl last season with a 24-20 victory over Stanford, which beat Arizona State in the Pac-12 championship game.
