Kim (Barrier) McGuire was Miss Basketball at Jimtown in 1986. Muffet McGraw is the longtime Notre Dame women's basketball coach. There is a reception in New Castle and dinner in Indianapolis.

The event is part of the local “Men of Heart” initiative, aimed at raising awareness surrounding men’s heart health. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer in America, with more than 2,500 heart attacks and 2,100 strokes occurring each day.
