Elkhart native Karvel Anderson steps into pro basketball career in Italy

Anderson recently announced that he signed with a professional basketball team in Italy.

Elkhart Memorial graduate Karvel Anderson will soon be playing professional basketball in Italy. 

He announced the news via Twitter Sunday Aug. 24:

Multiple sports news outlets including basketinside.com and sportando.com also carried the news that Anderson had secured a spot on the Italian team Andrea Costa Imola

Anderson played for Robert Morris University after graduating from high school.

Earlier this year Anderson was one of 40 Div. I players to be named to the Associated Press All-American honorable mention list for men’s basketball.
