Northridge Middle School issues fall athletic calls

Football, soccer, volleyball, cross country and cheerleading specifics outlined.

Athletic Calls


Northridge Middle School has released the following information related to opening practices for fall sports:

Football: Players should have already received equipment. The first practice is 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 5. Meet at the locker room doors in the athletic hallway at the school.

Cross country: Practice for both boys and girls begins at 4 p.m. Aug. 11. Athletes should meet in the south lobby (main entrance) to the school.

Soccer: Tryouts start Monday, Aug. 4. There will be varsity and JV teams if numbers allow. Boys practice will be 4 to 5:30 p.m. and girls 6 to 8 p.m.

Volleyball: Tryouts start Monday, Aug. 4, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Interested girls should meet in the school fieldhouse.

Cheerleading: The squads are already determined and the first practice is 3:30 to 5 p.m. Aug. 5 in the north lobby of the school.
