Have van, will travel: Jay Cutler arrives to training in conversion van

The van is a full-size conversion van fit for the NFL player and family man.

Sports cars and luxury sedans, move aside. Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler wasn’t afraid to roll up to training camp in Bourbonnais, Ill., rocking his conversion van, complete with all of the customized bells and whistles, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Cutler’s Explorer Van has Indiana roots, coming from Explorer Van Co. in Warsaw, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Of course, form meets function for Cutler’s van, as he now has a family of two children to tote around with his wife, Kristin Cavallari, former star of MTV’s “The Hills.”

Cutler is unashamed, however, calling his van “dad style,” according to Fox Sports.

Customized vans such as Cutler’s normally cost upward of $60,000, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Cutler’s teammates have been cracking jokes about his new wheels and asking to use the van for the new team hangout spot, according to CBS Sports.
