With the sun shining and the cheerleaders cheering, the University of Notre Dame revealed the 2014 edition of 'The Shirt' on Friday, April 11.

As tradition dictates, head football coach Brian Kelly unveiled "The Shirt" on stage in front of hundreds of fans. Kelly quipped that since this is his fifth shirt reveal, he's already surpassed the average of recent Notre Dame football coaches.

The front of "The Shirt" reads "Then. Now. Forever." over a picture of Notre Dame Stadium. The back reads "We are ND" over a stretch of the football field.

"I think it's awesome," said Tim Vanderveen of Jenison, Mich. "It's about time we get the front of the stadium on the shirt."

Vanderveen said he's purchased every shirt since 2000 and, so far, likes the 2014 version the best.
