Sherwood shines for IPFW goflers

IPFW sophomore Brenna Sherwood is Summit League women's golfer of the week.

FORT WAYNE — Brenna Shwerwood, an Elkhart Memorial High School graduate and Indiana Purdue-Fort Wayne sophomore, helped her team win the recent Butler Bulldog Florida Invitational and is second on her team in scoring average.

Sherwood, the Summit League women’s golfer of the week March 12-18, shot a 36-hole score of 156 as the medalist at Windsor Parke Golf Club in Jacksonville, Fla.

Her 2013-14 average for 12 rounds in 82.0. Her career norm is 85.04.
