Marian bounces back, tops Culver Academy

After the loss to Penn, the Marian Knights boys' basketball team rebounded to win against Culver Academy on Saturday.

MISHAWAKA — Playing its third game in four nights, Marian bounced right back from its heart-breaking two-point loss to Penn by beating Culver Academy 54-47 in boys high school basketball Saturday, Feb. 22.

Devin Cannady scored 19 points for the Knights (11-7), who won for the seventh time in their last eight games. Nick Harris added 11 points and Jake Whitfield 10.

Devonte Campbell paced the Eagles (11-6) with 17 points.
