Gaideski, Hulett key Eddies’ victory

Edwardsburg posts eighth win of the season.

EDWARDSBURG — Jackson Gaideski scored 16 points and Dylan Hulett added 12 as the Edwardsburg boys basketball team defeated Plainwell, 60-43, in Wolverine Conference West action on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

The Eddies grabbed a 16-8 lead at the end of the first quarter and cruised to their eighth victory of the season.

Dante Razzano joined Gaideski and Hulett in double figures with 11 points. E.J. Finch scored 19 points to lead Plainwell.

Edwardsburg — Grant Szalewski 8, Derek Pierce 3, Dante Razzano 11, Jackson Gaideski 16, Drew Conley 0, Joe Queener 2, Jordan Douglas 0, Dalton Raymond 1, Dylan Hulett 12, Isaac Vite 7. Totals: 25 3-10 60.

Plainwell — Hogan Yaw 3, Matias Amaro 0, Donovan Bloomfield 6, J.D. Nord 0, Carter Yaw 5, Cody Howrigon 10, E.J. Finch 19, Cameron Hayes 0. Totals: 17 5-8 43.
