Soccer

Elkhart YMCA Youth Coed Indoor League: Registration ends Feb. 1 for the league featuring age divisions for 3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 and 10-12. Cost is $60 for Y members and $90 for community participants. A mandatory player evaluation is Feb. 2. Games begin Feb. 23 and run until March 28. Volunteer coaches and officials are encouraged to participate. Baseball

Elkhart Titans 10U: The Elkhart Titans will hold tryouts for their 10U team at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2 at their practice facility, 15763 C.R. 46, Goshen. Only serious ballplayers should attend. Minimal travel is required during the season. For more information call John at 596-2537.

Elkhart Titans 11U: The Elkhart Titans will hold tryouts for their 11U team from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2 at RBI’s Unlimited, 2017 West Sixth St., Mishawaka. Only serious ballplayers should attend. Minimal travel is required during the season. For more information call John at 596-2537.

Baseball

Northern Indiana Cardinals 10U: The Northern Indiana Cardinals have a few roster spots available for the 2013 travel baseball season. Tryouts are available on Feb. 5 in Bremen and Feb. 16 in Mishawaka. For locations and times call Bob at 850-9579 or 213-4721.

Mother’s Day Wood Bat Classic: The American Baseball Youth Association (ABYA) and CCAC in Warsaw are now accepting registrations for 11U-14U event slated for May 10-12. Go to www.playabya.com or contact Brian at brian@playabya.com

Northern Indiana Adult Baseball League, South Bend Semi-Pro Baseball League meetings: Organizational meetings for 2013 are scheduled for 1 p.m. on the following Saturdays — Feb. 16 and March 23 — at the St. Joseph County Library in downtown South Bend. The NABL plays on weekends mid-April through Labor Day. The SBSPBL runs from early June to August to fit the needs of those in college. All managers are welcome to attend. EBA Monday clinics: Eastlake Basketball Academy will host Monday night clinics for students in grades K-6 beginning Jan. 28 and running for six weeks. Steve Johnson will direct. Cost is $85. Tipping Point Basketball training: Elkhart Sports Center will be the site of clinics for boys and girls ages 5-13 for beginners (starting Feb. 1), intermediate (starting Jan. 28) and advanced (starting Jan. 29). Volleyball

Penn spring camp: Penn High School’s spring volleyball clinic for girls in grades 6-8 is 3 to 6 p.m. on each Saturday in March — 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 — in the main arena at PHS. Cost is $100. Football

Eastlake QB/receiver camp: Session II of the Eastlake Elite youth quarterback and receiving camp is planned for eight Sundays beginning Feb. 3 (skipping March 3). Evan Sharpley is the QB instructor and Marcus Perez the receivers instructor. Cost is $150 for quarterbacks and $75 for receivers. For more information call Eastlake at 264-0611.

Softball

Corvilla Snowball tournament: The annual event that raises money for the local agency that provides homes and care for people with developmental disabilities is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Mishawaka fields. There will be 42 teams — 30 men’s and 12 coed. For more information call Diana at 89-9779.

Road Runs

Sunburst Races: Registration is open for the 30th annual Sunburst Races May 31 (family fun walk) and June 1 (marathon, half marathon, 10K run, 5K run, 5K fitness walk). Notre Dame Stadium is the finish line for the races. To register online, go to www.sunburstraces.org.
