Women’s Basketball No. 15 Bethel falls at No. 13 Taylor

Johnson leads Pilots with 18 points.

UPLAND — NAIA Division II No. 13-ranked Taylor bested No. 15 Bethel 84-76 Saturday in Crossroads League women’s basketball.

Tess Rudolph led the Trojans (7-0, 3-0) with 19 points.

Laura Johnson paced the Pilots (6-2, 2-1) with 18 points. Other double-digit scorers were Ashlee Ort (16), Katy Stuppy (11), Kristen Hicks (11) and Georgia Boisse (10).
