Seth Huxford struck out nine and picked up the victory Saturday, as Bristol Post 143 defeated Osceola Post 308, 10-3, to advance to the American Legion Regional next weekend in Crown Point. Bristol advances to American Legion Regional

MISHAWAKA -- Seth Huxford struck out nine and picked up the victory Saturday, as Bristol Post 143 defeated Osceola Post 308, 10-3, to advance to the American Legion Regional next weekend in Crown Point.

Leading 4-3 entering the seventh, the Bristol offense exploded for six runs to take control of the game. Logan Draus had three hits and drove in a pair for the winners.

Bristol will play South Bend Post 50 at 8:30 p.m. Friday in Crown Point.
