Elkhart Central and Elkhart Memorial are looking to neighboring states to fill openings on their 2015 schedule. The gaps occurred because of next year’s expansion of the Northern Indiana Conference to include Jimtown and three other schools.

Concord is part of three gatherings, including the altered NIC/NLC Shootout that also features Elkhart Memorial, Goshen, Marian, Northridge and Penn.

All Elkhart County area football games were wiped out by severe storms Friday night.
