ROCHESTER — Larry Dee Simpson, 74, of Rochester, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 28, in his home.

On July 14, 1939, Larry was born in Emma to Noel D. and Leola Mae Smith Simpson.

Larry is survived by two daughters, Teri (Greg) Carr and Jodie Simpson, and a son, Craig (Lori) Simpson, all of Rochester; five grandchildren, Ryleigh Carr of Seattle, twins Chaneigh Carr and Sidneigh Carr, both of Rochester, Geoel (Samantha) Simpson of Rochester, and Garth Simpson and fiancée Alyssa Holloway of Rochester; three great-grandchildren, Harper Ann Simpson, Kathie Lee Stults and Isabella Grace Simpson; a brother, Douglas (Sandy) Simpson of Flora; a nephew, John Simpson; great-nieces and nephews, Lane Simpson, Bailey Simpson, Brett Simpson and Lauren Simpson; and friends David Border and Pam Gordon.

A celebration of Larry’s life will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Visitation will be in the funeral home from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, and 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, followed by the 10:30 a.m. graveside service in Rochester I00F Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Camp-We-Can or Friends of 4-H, both through the Northern Indiana Community Foundation.
