ELKHART — Clyde W. Riley Sr., 90, of Elkhart, passed away in his residence on Nov. 26, 2013.
Clyde was born May 15, 1923, in Pine Bluff, Ark., the son of Lindsey and Naomi Rogers-Riley.
He was nurtured and raised by McNeal and Nincy Gary.
Mr. Riley was a retiree of Holiday Rambler and worked with Bank One following his retirement.
A 32nd-degree Mason and deacon at Community M.B. Church, Clyde was a respected member of the community.
Those who survive him are his wife, Juanita (Billops)-Riley, to whom he had been married since October 1945; four children, Elsie (Eddie) Neal, Shirley Fox, Doris (George) Arnold and Clyde (Carla) Riley Jr; four sisters Catherine Carpenter, Viola (Jake) Smith, Hattie (Ted) Clark and Mattie (Joe) McGee; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service for Mr. Riley is at noon Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at Community M.B. Church, with visitation one hour before the service in the church.
Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Garden, Osceola.
