LAGRANGE — Orville Dean Bontrager, 49, of LaGrange, died at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at home.

He was born Aug. 12, 1964, in LaGrange County, to Lester M. and Edna (Weaver) Bontrager.

Survivors in addition to his mother are three brothers, Calvin Ray Bontrager and Paul Devon (LeEtta) Bontrager, both of LaGrange, and Kenny Wayne (Edna) Bontrager of Topeka; eight nephews; seven nieces; four great-nephews; five great-nieces; nine aunts; and three uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, two nephews, four aunts and one uncle.

He was a member of Old Order Amish Church.

Visitation will be all day Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at the family’s home, 6055 W. 050 S., LaGrange. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at Earl Yoder’s home, 6100 W. 050 S., LaGrange. Services will be conducted by Bishop John Mishler and the home ministers. Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Shipshewana.

Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is handling arrangements.
