MILLERSBURG — James “Jim” Stover, 70, of Millersburg, died at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in his residence.
He was born July 28, 1942, in Artie, W.Va., to James Early and Luella (Moles) Stover.
He married Diana (Baker) Stover on Oct. 16, 2008.
Surviving are his wife; two stepsons, Rick (Sharon) Oswald of New Carlisle and Randy (Deb) Oswald of Bristol; five sisters, Lorene Reed, Delsie Margison, Norma Stover and Nadine Stover, all of Beckley, W.Va., and Evelyn West of Goshen; three brothers, Jerry Stover and David (June) Stover, both of Beckley and Tommy (Donna) Stover of Goshen; four step-grandchildren; and eight great-step-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister, Nancy Ann Stover.
Jim retired from Goshen Rubber, where he was a press operator for more than 30 years and was a member of Faith Christian Center, Goshen.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, July 12, at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen, where a service will follow at 1 p.m. Pastor Kenneth Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.
