ELKHART — Julie Ann Bliler, 48, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, July 3, at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born Oct. 8, 1964, in Lafayette to Kestutis (Kess) and Jenny L. (Heist) Eidenas.
She married Jeffrey S. Bliler on Feb. 5, 1995, in Miami, Fla.
He survives with four children, Nicole Terrell, Samuel Bliler, Jonas Bliler and Olivia Bliler, all of Elkhart; one granddaughter, Rio Allred of Elkhart; siblings Matt (Julie) Cooper of Cincinnati, Michelle Cooper and her husband Joseph Oliveira of Fort Myers, Fla., Charles (Sandy) Cooper of Fort Myers and Chris (Leo) Taramasco of Sanford, Fla.; her mother and stepfather Jen (Dick) Cooper of Sebring, Fla.; her father, Kess Eidenas of Elkhart; and her faithful pet, Molly. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a stepmother, Dee Eidenas; grandparents Jack and Jerry Heist; father-in-law James E. Bliler; and grandmother Esther Bliler.
Julie graduated from Elkhart Central High School and Southwestern Michigan College and was a registered nurse. She attended Granger Community Church, Elkhart Campus and was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of Bristol American Legion and American Legion Riders, Bristol 143.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 15, at Granger Community Church, Elkhart Campus 2701 E. Bristol St., where friends may gather from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A lunch will be served immediately following at Bristol American Legion.
