Snow was predicted to stop falling over most of the Michiana area by about 6:30 p.m. but the National Weather Service is still warning drivers of slick and dangerous conditions on the roads.

Interstate 94 and U.S. 20 were among routes that the NWS said will likely be "snow covered and hazardous" for Saturday, Feb. 8, night. The temperature will be about 12 degrees through the night.

As for Sunday, Feb. 9, temperatures will hover around zero degrees and there's a chance for light snow. The coldest night for the next three days will likely be Monday, when temperatures will likely reach between -5 and -10 degrees.
