Concord 9-year-old's concussion sparks debate on bullying

A recent incident in which a 9-year-old Concord Elementary School student was sent to the hospital and diagnosed with a concussion has sparked debate among our readers about bullying, parenting and what responsibility a school has when it comes to the safety of a child.
