ELKHART — Indiana State Rep. Tim Neese will address the Kiwanis Club of Elkhart on Tuesday, June 24.

The gathering, open to the public, goes from noon to 1 p.m. and will be held at the Matterhorn Conference Center, 2041 Cassopolis St., Elkhart. Neese, who represents District 48, will be available to discuss his six terms in the House.

Neese, a Republican, isn’t seeking re-election to the House, but plans to run for Elkhart mayor next year. Doug Miller is the GOP nominee in the race for the District 48 post, up for grabs in Nov. 4 elections, while no Democrat is slated to run.
