Battle Creek police say woman stabbed in face

Woman stabbed in face in Battle Creek; police say they have suspect in custody

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (AP) — Battle Creek police say a woman has been stabbed in the face.

The Battle Creek Enquirer reports police did not provide information on the condition of the victim.

Officers were called about the attack at 11 p.m. Friday.

They arrested a suspect and took her to the Calhoun County jail. According to WOOD-TV, she is expected to face an attempted murder charge.
