Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay reached a plea agreement for his impaired driving case stemming from an incident in March, the Indianapolis Star reported

On March 16, Irsay was pulled over and arrested in Carmel after prosecutors allege Irsay had “oxycodone and/or hydrocodone” in his system and was unable to stand upright on his own, according to NBC Sports

Other bottles of prescription drugs were found in his vehicle when he was arrested, ESPN reported

Irsay will appear in Hamilton Superior Court IV on Tuesday, Sept. 3, for a plea hearing and will stand trial Oct. 30 for two misdemeanor counts of impaired driving, USA Today reported.
