After being pulled over by police late Sunday night, March 16, Colts owner Jim Irsay faces four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and a preliminary misdemeanor charge of operating while intoxicated, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Police pulled Irsay over on suspicion of intoxicated driving, at which point he failed field sobriety tests, ESPN reported. Officers then discovered several prescription drugs in Irsay's vehicle that were not associated with prescription bottles found in it, the Star reported.

Irsay's four preliminary felony counts could each carry a punishment of six months to three years in jail, the Star reported.

ESPN reported Irsay will undergo league discipline under the NFL's personal conduct policy. This policy applies to all personnel in the organization.

How do you think the NFL and the Colts should respond to Irsay's actions? What do you think should be done or do you think it matters?
