One person was killed and another injured in a Noble County crash Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of U.S. 6 and S.R. 9 around 8:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 10 after a box truck traveling east on U.S. 6 was struck by a Toyota Camry that went through a stop sign on S.R. 9, according to a report from the Elkhart Truth’s news partner WNDU.
The box truck flipped onto its side and the driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, WSBT reports.
The driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have are not releasing the names of those involved until families have been notified.
