Multiple police agencies are conducting an investigation at six unspecified locations in Elkhart Monday afternoon, June 9.

Heather Norman, spokeswoman for the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office, said officers are conducting a multi-agency investigation, including the Elkhart Police Department and the Indiana State Police.

Norman said police are following up as part of an investigation, but there is no active threat to the public’s safety. She said any new information will be released as it becomes available.

There is no confirmation at this time of any connection between the Elkhart County investigation and the synthetic drug bust in St. Joseph County that took place earlier today.
