Goshen school administration are working with police after a bomb threat was discovered at the high school on Thursday, March 13.

Lori Martin, administrative assistant for Goshen Community Schools, said that graffiti found Thursday afternoon in a girl's bathroom mentioned a bomb for Friday, March 14.

Administration does not believe the threat is credible, Martin said, but they are following protocol and there is an increased police presence at the school.

Parents were notified of the threat via the school's automatic calling system, and told they could keep their children home from school, Martin said.

School was in session as usual.

Captain Jim Bradberry with the Elkhart Sheriff's Department said that the incident would be handled by Goshen police.

Goshen police said they are investigating the incident.
