The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene of the crash on S.R. 15, south of C.R. 20, at about 4:45 p.m.

According to a press release from the sheriff’s department, Samuel Espinoza, 20, of Goshen, was driving south on S.R. 15 and was attempting to turn left into the entrance of Broadmore Estates.
