Elkhart police arrest two for dealing in cocaine

Police made two arrests in separate incidents related to dealing in cocaine Tuesday evening, Oct. 8.

ELKHART — Police arrested two people on Tuesday, Oct. 8, for dealing in cocaine in what officials described as separate investigations.

Tracey Hardy, 43, was arrested at about 2:54 p.m. at 311 N. Third St. on three preliminary charges of dealing in cocaine.

Alicia Lilley, 18, was arrested at about 9:45 p.m. near 183 N. Fifth St. on two preliminary charges of dealing in cocaine, one preliminary charge of possession of cocaine and one preliminary charge of possession of marijuana.

Both were booked at the Elkhart County Jail. Formal charges are pending.
