Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect who assaulted a Michigan woman in her home last year.
On July 13, 2012, Ann Dawson, 61, was alone at her home at 8770 East Road in Lakeside, Mich., when she was confronted by an armed suspect.
The suspect robbed, bound and severely beat Dawson, according to a press release.
Dawson sustained serious injuries, including broken bones, requiring surgeries in her wrist, face and arm.
The suspect was described as a white male in his twenties, around 5-foot-7 with a thin build and large brown eyes.
A reward of $10,000 has been raised by the family for information that leads to an arrest. The reward will be paid in cash anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
