Arrests reported in Elkhart County July 6-8, 2013

This list of Elkhart County arrests was compiled from information sent by the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department and Goshen Police Department July 6-9, 2013. All charges are preliminary and individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

It is the policy and practice of The Elkhart Truth to provide the name of individuals arrested on preliminary charges involving drugs, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and all felonies. All efforts are made to ensure accuracy of the information provided and to protect the identities of the victims.

ELKHART

Dennis Eitler, 37, South Bend, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated with a certified blood-alcohol content of 0.14 percent at C.R. 20 and Ash Road on July 7.

Dennis Weaver, 34, Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana prior at S.R 19 and C.R. 20 on July 7.

David Haney, 26; Joseph Ramsey, 33; and Matthew Easton, 22, all of Elkhart, were arrested on a preliminary charge of burglary in the 58000 block of C.R. 3 on July 7.

Monica Johns, 30, Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated with a certified blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent at C.R. 13 and John Street on July 7.

GOSHEN

Trishia Blosser, 40, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated in the 700 block of East Plymouth Avenue on July 6.

Johnny Barnes, 50, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator for life in the 500 block of East Jackson Street on July 8.
