Three arrested in Bristol house burglary

BRISTOL — Police arrested three people at their home following an investigation of a burglary on Monday, April 29.

Joshua Tolentino, 20, and Luis Tolentino, 23, were arrested on preliminary charges of burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A 16-year-old boy was also arrested and booked at the juvenile detention center.

Deputies from the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department were sent at about 10:10 a.m. Monday to a burglary in progress at a home in the 200 block of Oak Street in Bristol.

Investigators learned the suspects gained entry through a storage area attached to the garage.

The deputies located the Tolentinos, as well as the minor, at their home in the 400 block of West Hawthorne Street.

The Tolentinos were booked at the Elkhart County Jail without a bond.
