Elkhart police looking for man involved in gas station robbery

ELKHART — Police are looking for a man involved in a robbery Monday morning, April 29.

The Elkhart Police Department was called at about 7:36 a.m. to a Pak-A-Sak gas station at 1129 Johnson St. in reference to a robbery in progress, according to a press release.

A man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing. There were at least two employees at the gas station when the robbery happened, but they could not provide much information. They were not sure if the suspect was carrying a weapon.
