ELKHART

Malcolm D. Parker, 21, South Bend, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance and Elisabeth Dross, 19, South Bend, was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, neglect of a dependent and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license at a DUI High Visibility Enforcement Zone at Old U.S. 20 and Ash Road on March 8.

A 21-year-old Warsaw woman was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license at S.R. 19 and Lusher Avenue on March 8.

Christopher Farmer, 22, Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving under the influence at a DUI High Visibility Enforcement Zone at Old U.S. 20 and Ash Road on March 9.

Edwin Molina, 52, Elkhart, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at Bristol and Cone streets on March 9.

A 27-year-old Elkhart woman was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license at C.R. 9 and Bristol Street on March 9.

A 52-year-old Elkhart man was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic violence in the 50000 block of Hawthorne Street on March 11.

Joseph E. Mills, 46, Elkhart, was arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.24 percent in the 58000 block of C.R. 7 on March 12.

A 42-year-old Elkhart man was arrested on a preliminary charge of battery in the 27000 block of Country Lake Lane on March 12.

GOSHEN

Paul D. Johnson, 33, Syracuse, was arrested on preliminary charges of shoplifting and possession of meth at 2304 Lincolnway West on March 8.

Dennis A. Staner, 26, Pierceton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator for life in the 1000 block of West Pike Street on March 8.

Felix Garcia, 30, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator for life at Elkhart Road and Sunset Boulevard on March 9.

Jose Tapia, 37, Goshen, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery prior and interfering with reporting a crime at 13th and Reynolds streets on March 9.

Baltazar Gonzalez Jr., 26, Bronson, Mich., was arrested on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident at C.R. 17 and C.R. 18 on March 9.

Thomas Yoder, 49, Goshen, was arrested on preliminary charges of battery, criminal mischief and felony intimidation in the 1300 block of Chicago Avenue on March 10.

Charly Rios, 20, Goshen, was arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident, illegal consumption of alcohol, resisting law enforcement and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license in the 900 block of William Drive on March 10.

Brandon L. Smith, 29, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.10 percent at U.S. 20 and C.R. 21 on March 10.

Terry Lemler, 44, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of aggravated assault in the 100 block of Brookside Manor on March 12.

Luis Bautrsta, 52, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator for life at C.R. 17 and C.R. 26 March 14.

Luis J. Graciliano-Lopez, 26, Elkhart, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of counterfeit government identification and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator in the 200 block of North Cottage Avenue on March 14.

BRISTOL

Hector F. Solano-Campos, 30, Elkhart, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license prior and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator at Hilbish Boulevard and S.R. 120 on March 9.

A 29-year-old Goshen man was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license at S.R. 15 and C.R. 14 on March 10.

LIGONIER

A 37-year-old Ligonier man was arrested on preliminary charges of battery and strangulation in the 70000 block of S.R. 13 on March 8.

MIDDLEBURY

Ann M. Gerstbauer, 27, Middlebury, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated at Claire and Staci lanes on March 9.

A 42-year-old Elkhart man was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while suspended at S.R. 120 and S.R. 13 on March 14.
