GOSHEN — Police found items used to manufacture methamphetamine outside a store that sells clothes and toys for babies Monday afternoon.

The Goshen Police Department searched around the Once Upon a Child store at 4024 Elkhart Road, Goshen, after an anonymous source called 911 to inform that there were suspicious items in a private dumpster behind the store around 1:30 p.m.

They found a backpack with items that are commonly used to manufacture meth. The Indiana State Police provided processing and clean-up assistance. Two store employees that may have been exposed to the items were sent to the hospital to be checked. More information was not available because of the ongoing investigation.
