 Food is prepared at a past beer dinner hosted by LaSalle Kitchen and Tavern.

LaSalle Kitchen and Tavern has teamed up with Burn ’Em Brewing to create a five-course meal inspired by the brewery’s beers. Read on to see the menu and find out how you can reserve tickets to the dinner.

 Coast Buster Imperial IPA, from Upland Brewing Company, is available on draft and will soon be on shelves in four-packs.

The competition – one of the nation’s largest featuring homebrewers and professional brewers – vied 1,300 beers against one another. Breweries from around the region, including Upland Brewing Company, came out on top.
