If you’ve been to the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds these last several days, you would have seen strolling comedian Bill Robison playing his ukulele and cracking jokes. He’s hard to miss, with his straw hat, floral T-shirt and his boat costume.

"It’s a bit of a conundrum," Robison said. "People can’t quite figure out how I do it."

He’s been entertaining fairgoers at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair for at least 16 years, cracking jokes and sometimes playing old songs from the 1920s on his ukulele.
