    At the annual banquet for the Elkhart County 4-H Fair Board Wednesday, Sept. 11, leadership roles officiall changed hands to transition from the 2013 fair to the 2014 event, the largest event in Elkhart County and one of the largest county 4-H fairs in the nation.

    Tim Yoder took over the president's duties from Tim Graber. Rich Utley will become president in a year, and behind him will be Dr. Robert Zell.
