DJ Construction

GOSHEN — Ryan Bailey has joined DJ Construction's preconstruction team as an associate estimator.

Bailey’s main responsibilities include working with clients to evaluate potential projects and coordinating design.

The Elkhart native graduated from Concord High School and Indiana Wesleyan University.

Indiana Michigan Power

FORT WAYNE  Indiana Michigan Power has announced three appointments.

David Lucas is the new vice president for finance. He was previously director of project controls in the AEP Generation organization.

Lisa Fritz is the new safety and health manager. She was previously safety and health supervisor at the Rockport Generation Plant.

Andrew Williamson is the new I&M regulatory services director. He was previously manager of regulatory accounting services for AEP in Tulsa, Okla.

Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc.

GOSHEN — Kristoffer Craven has joined Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. as regional sales manager for the company’s Denali product line.

In his new position, Craven will be responsible for Denali travel trailer and fifth wheel dealer development and training in the northeastern United States and Canadian provinces. Craven spent several years as an RV manufacturer’s rep and was a 21-year owner and general manager of an RV retail store.

Craven graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
