Reports came in Monday, April 21, that Elkhart County's unemployment rate had dropped to 5.8 percent for March 2014. While it seemed like good news -- it's the lowest jobless rate reported for the county in six years -- some are saying it's harder than ever to find good workers.

One general manager at an RV company said the unemployment rate could be at 2 or 3 percent, but workers are lazier than they were before.

Our readers had a lot of opinions about that theory.
