Ruoff Home Mortgage
ELKHART – Teresa Shultz-Miller has joined Ruoff Home Mortgage as vice president and branch manager.
Shultz-Miller has been in the banking and lending industry since 1996. Her recent experience includes six years as vice president and residential lending manager at First State Bank.
Her responsibilities will include overseeing branch operations and business development in the Goshen and Elkhart area. She’ll also originate home loans on a limited basis.
May Oberfell Lorber
MISHAWAKA – Christopher Putt is a 2014 recipient of the Client Choice Award.
Putt, a partner at the Mishawaka law firm May Oberfell Lorber, is the only employment and labor attorney from Indiana this year to receive the international award, according to a press release.
The Client Choice Awards recognized a total of 251 individuals in the United States.
Putt has worked for the law firm as an attorney since 1998, providing counsel and representation in various employment matters.
ELKHART – ASA Electronics recently made two personnel appointments.
Jim Holtsberry was appointed as senior enterprise resource planning programmer and analyst. His decades of experience in information technology began in 1976 when he began programming as a hobby. He graduated from Tri-State University in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Kirk Youell was been appointed as a customer service representative at ASA Electronics. Youell brings 13 years of technical and customer service experience to this position.
Brock Grain Systems
MILFORD – Mark Myers has been promoted as product marketing manager at Brock Grain Systems. He’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Brock’s product lines.
Myers has worked for Brock since 1995, most recently serving as an international product manager. He’s also worked at Brock as a national accounts project manager.
Prior to joining Brock, Myers spent 20 years employed in the grain industry.
Shoff Security Systems
ELKHART – Ed Snyder and Dottie Dressler have accepted new positions with Shoff Security Systems.
Snyder has been appointed to lead the company’s alarm response division. He has served in the United States Army, where he earned his degree in electronics and worked as a radio communicator for 25 years. Snyder is a former training lieutenant for the New Mexico County Sheriff’s Department.
Dressler has joined the company as an alarm response officer. She has 12 years of experience working in college and mall security. Dressler was previously employed by an armored truck service.
SOUTH BEND – Beth North has joined Force 5 as director of business development.
North’s responsibilities will include assisting clients with marketing strategies and building relationships with new organizations.
She has more than 30 years of experience building company and product brands. She most recently served as vice president of marketing for Hygieia in Ann Arbor, Mich. She has also worked in marketing and management for Home Diagnostics and Bayer Healthcare.
